AgencyOS is a comprehensive operating system for digital agencies and freelancers, providing project management, time tracking, invoicing, client portal, and other business management tools.

Currently, we are in a pre-launch phase and operating a waitlist system where users can register their interest in accessing the service when it becomes available.

To join our waitlist, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use a valid email address
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit or procure the sending of any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use any automated system to access the Service for any purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

We offer a referral program where users can earn rewards by referring others to join our waitlist. The terms of the referral program are as follows:

• Each user receives a unique referral code upon joining the waitlist
• Referrals are tracked through the referral code system
• Rewards are subject to verification and may be revoked for fraudulent activity
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AgencyOS and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
